One-to-One and Relationship Counselling in Salford
If you are looking for an empathetic counsellor in Salford, I am here to help. Contact Isabelle at 121 Counselling in Salford.
Everyone experiences times when life feels overwhelming or difficult to navigate. You may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.
I offer online counselling in Salford and across the UK, providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Through flexible online therapy sessions, you can access support from wherever you feel most comfortable.
As a qualified counsellor and wellbeing and resilience practitioner, my approach is guided by your individual needs. Together, we can explore your relationships, understand how early experiences shape your present, and begin the process of self awareness, emotional healing and how to begin reparenting yourself with compassion. We may also focus on building resilience, emotional strength, and helping you gain clarity around your goals and direction.
I have experience working within the NHS and private practice, and I offer bilingual counselling in English and French. I also provide online supervision for counsellors and trainees.
Taking the first step can feel challenging, but you don't have to do it alone. I am here to work alongside you in a way that is supportive, flexible, and centred around you.

Relationship counselling can be beneficial for any other relationship (siblings, parent–child, friends etc.)
Alongside my work as a counsellor, I also offer clinical supervision for trainees and qualified counsellors across the UK. I support trainee counsellors through mentoring, case discussion and guidance around ethical practice, helping you navigate the challenges that can arise in your early professional development.
When working with qualified counsellors, I provide a reflective and supportive space to encourage ongoing professional growth, enhance your therapeutic practice, and maintain a healthy and sustainable work–life balance.
I see supervision as an essential and valuable part of counselling practice. It offers a dedicated space to reflect not only on client work but also on yourself as a practitioner.
My approach to supervision is grounded in honesty, authenticity and collaboration, with a strong emphasis on deep listening, exploration, and thoughtful reflection on you bring to your work.
